Celebration Plans
To celebrate our 60th birthday, we will be holding a number of events over the course of the weekend 26th - 28th October 2012, and we hope that as many Cecilians as possible, young and old, will be able to come and take part in what promises to be an extremely memorable weekend: to help us celebrate all that we have achieved in the last 60 years, reminisce over good times past, and look forward to good times future whilst, no doubt, having a few good times in the present.
For those of you who have moved away from the area, accommodation will be available at discounted rates in the Hilton Grosvenor hotel, where we will be dining on Sunday evening, although there is a large selection of other accommodation nearby if this is not to your taste. * It is up to you whether you wish to participate in the Anniversary Concert or simply watch and enjoy. Bear in mind, however, that for those participating in the concert, rehearsals will be held during the day on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th.
